Open Meeting Policy

Meetings of the Virgin Islands Public Television System's governing Board are open to the public in compliance with Section 396(k)(4) of the Public Broadcasting Act of 1967. From time to time sessions are also closed in accord with the Act, which permits holding closed sessions "to consider matters relating to individual employees, proprietary information, litigation and other matters requiring the confidential advice of counsel, commercial or financial information obtained from a person on a privileged or confidential basis, or the purchase of property or services whenever the premature exposure of such purchase would compromise the business interests of the System".

Upcoming Meeting

The Next general meeting of the Virgin Islands Public Television System's Board of Directors is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 8, 2013. The meeting will be held at the System’s Executive Offices located at 158-158A Haypiece Hill on St. Thomas.
