DLCA Seeks Local Vendors At Emancipation Garden Vendors Plaza

The Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs (DLCA), is seeking local food, drink, art, and craft vendors to sell their goods at the Emancipation Garden Vendor’s Plaza on St. Thomas. 

As per the rules and regulations that govern the vendors plaza, there shall be a minimum of 10% of all placement permits per district reserved for vendors selling goods, articles, or commodities manufactured in the US Virgin Islands. The Plaza currently houses Sixty-Four (64) vendors with six (6) spots reserved for local goods. DLCA will be conducting placement certification verification of all existing and new spots before the reopening of the new Kiosks. 

Interested persons who make local food, drink, art, and craft should contact the Office of the Commissioner by Friday, December 16, 2022, via email to both kwanda.daniels@dlca.vi.gov and myrna.george@dlca.vi.gov or by telephone at 340.725.5129 to be considered for a spot.
