Administrator of Courts, Regina Petersen, advises the public and members of the Virgin Islands Bar Association that the Judiciary’s Case-Management system and all related applications including Electronic Filing, Online Payment Processor, and the Public Access Portal are currently down. The Judiciary’s IT Division and its vendor are currently working to bring all systems back online. During this outage the following apply:
Filings in the Supreme Court of the Virgin Islands should be sent via electronic mail to: SupremeCourtEfile@vicourts.org
Filings in the Supreme Court for Bar Admissions matters should be sent via electronic mail to: BarAdmissionsEfile@vicourts.org
Filings in the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands should be sent via electronic mail to: SuperiorCourtEfile@vicourts.org
The public is further advised that ALL filings submitted on or after March 31, 2023, must be resubmitted to the respective court at the applicable email address provided above.
