The V.I. Housing Finance Authority (VIHFA) has released a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from professional architects and engineers licensed in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
RFQ 002-2023-STX seeks qualified parties interested in the preparation of several engineering designs for hurricane related retrofits within the St. Croix district. Respondents may download a complete Request for Qualification package from the VIHFA’s website at https://www.vihfa.gov/procurement/solicitation. Statements of Qualification may be sent to procurement@vihfa.gov. Respondents have until Tuesday, April 04, 2023, at 4:00 pm AST to submit their SOQ. Any SOQs received after the deadline will not be considered.
