Barrington Thomas, Sr., Chief of Police in the St. Thomas/St. John/Water Island District, has released video of the shooting incident that occurred on January 19 at Manuel Bar in Contant. The red arrow near the upper left-hand corner of the video shows where the vehicle pulled up to the establishment just before the shots were discharged. Chief Thomas is advising the community that a second suspect is at large, and may have injuries to his lower extremities. “Moving forward, Police Commissioner Ray Martinez and I will be using this process to advise the community about ongoing investigations, as we strive to regain the public’s trust and confidence in solving these types of violent crimes,” Chief Thomas said.
