Your Energy Stimulus (YES) Program credits began appearing on V.I. Water and Power Authority bills on May 7. To date, 6,046 residential customers received a $250 credit and 1,654 commercial ratepayers have received a $500 credit. All ratepayers will have received their YES Program credit by the end of May.

The VIPD is asking the motoring public to take alternate routes to avoid the intersection. The Department regrets any inconvenience these road closures may cause. Parking will no longer be allowed on the eastern side of Hess Road, across from the employee parking area for Limetree Terminals. Hess Road is the road that travels south from the Sunny Isle stoplights, past Aqua Lounge and Napa, to the intersection of Routes 68 and 631. “No Parking” signs are being erected by the Department of Public Works. Vehicles found parking in that area will be cited by VIPD officers starting on Monday, May 18.
