Since its inception in 1991, Graffiti Street has served as the one and only teen talk show in the Virgin Islands. The premise of the show is simple: two parallel casts – one on St. Croix and one in the St. Thomas-St. John district — take turns coordinating an interactive half-hour show that allows them to voice their opinions on topics of interest. In the process, cast members become investigative journalists responsible for thoroughly researching each subject and orchestrating a meaningful debate. Over the years, these students have put every significant local and national event, election, movement and social issue under the microscope, fostering further discussion within their community and leaving an undeniable legacy in the territory.
